Position: Luton Assembly Operations Manager

I am the Luton Assembly Operation’s Manager and I work at a strategic level to support the Luton Assembly, one of the few remaining community empowerment networks in England. It is a role that I have occupied and developed for the last 8yrs.  I manage a team of 3 staff who support the Assembly, its 4 theme groups and its 32 elected representatives.  In addition, after leading a multi-agency bid team in obtaining a £4.7 million  Myplace grant from BIG, I have the  role of the client side Myplace Project Manager, overseeing the design and build of a new world class youth venue and managing 2 additional Myplace youth involvement workers.

I enjoy my work immensely and relish the varied and challenging workload that it presents to me.
