Luton’s Community Plan is a document that sets out a vision and strategy for improving the economic, environmental and social well being of Luton over a 10year period.

The Plan was developed by the Luton Forum, through extensive consultation with the communities of Luton, and tries to include the community’s hopes, needs and priorities for the next 10years. First published in 2002, the Plan underwent its first review in 2005 to review and update its contents.

Through the Community Plan, all the main agencies working in Luton have committed to a joint programme of work to turn those hopes and needs of the communities into real achievements.
