About Luton Assembly


The Luton Assembly has been established to help, support and empower the community and voluntary sector and give them a
voice within the town

There are over 650 voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) in Luton and all of these are automatically eligible to be represented on the Luton Assembly

.

Assembly representation on the Forum consists of 18 representatives from over 650 organisations forming the Assembly, and forms an Assembly Committee. The Assembly has the largest numerical presence of any group on the Forum.

For the 4th year in a row an Assembly representative has been successfully elected as the Luton Forum (Local Strategic Partnership) Vice Chairperson. In fact this will be Andy Calvert’s 2nd year in the role.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Andy and look forward to another year of successful partnership working.
